Welcome! I am excited to work with you and provide images and video that help drive engagement and ultimately sales to your properties. 

While all properties are different and prices may vary depending on your specific needs and property details, I have included below my general investment for real estate photography and videography. Give me a call for more specific details for your property or schedule you listing and we will follow up with the precise information you need. 


All properties receive the same treatment; high quality, story telling images to draw your buyer to your door. 

All photography services include drone* images and custom edits such as adding fire to the fireplace, digital twilight, and simulated TV screen.

I base my pricing on the total number of pictures you want to showcase your home.  There is no limit to the size of the home. Just select how many pictures you need and I have you covered.

Also remember, more is not necessarily better when it comes to real estate photos. It’s about the right images to draw the buyer to your door. 

15 Images – $197

25 images – $247

35 images – $297

50 images – $375

Up to 100 images – $447

Estimated time on site for a standard home of 2500 sqft is 45 minutes. 150 minutes depending on total number of images requested.

*Drone images subject to weather conditions, FAA flight restrictions, and neighborhood guidelines.


There is nothing like a well designed video that walks your clients through the home, highlighting their future lifestyle. 

Videography is priced similar to photography, based on the size of the home. However, you have a few options on the type of video that gives you flexibility in your marketing and your pricing. 

Branded Walkthrough Video – $397 

2-4 minute video taking future buyers on a tour of the property with full Agent introduction and voice over intertwined with music that matches the mood and style of the property. A branded walkthrough video sets you and your property apart from the rest, build trust through authenticity and familiarity, and creates emotion in the buyer which, as we know, is what drives buying decisions.

Buzz Creator – $247 

60 second buzz creator. Drive engagement and traffic to your listing by highlighting the most engaging and beautiful aspects of the property. The purpose of the buzz creator is to draw clients in on social media so they click through to the property website or your contact page. Perfect for Instagram and Facebook posts, stories, and ads. 

Matterport 3D Walkthrough

Draw more buying eyes to your listing buy giving them an immersive experience. Particularly ideal for out of town buyers who cannot view the home in person. Allow the buyer to walk through the home and even add measurement ability so they can see if their furniture will fit. 

Base price – $200 up to 2,000sqft 

Add $60 for every 500 square feet, rounded to the next 500th.

Prices above are a la carte. Package discounts apply when photography and videography booked together. 

Additional Options

Local Community Images: $75 – Add up to 10 images of the local community to showcase the amenities and lifestyle of buying this home.

Custom property website: $50 – 6 Months of hosting and unlimited updates.

Virtual Staging: $150 – Show potential buyers how the house can feel like home with virtual staging!

Add Twilight Photos: Starting at $100 – Show your property in the best of both lights. Add twilight photos to your day shoot. 

Add Twlight Photo + Video: $150

Real Estate Photography Terms & Conditions

All real estate pricing packages include travel within 25 miles of Folsom, CA.

Prices apply to Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Citrus Heights, Orangeville, Rancho Cordova, Cameron Park, Auburn, Elk Grove, and Downtown Sacramento. Mileage costs (starting at $50) may apply outside these areas.

*Time on site varies and is highly dependent on the home being 100% ready to photograph upon arrival, the size of the home/property, and the number of images being delivered. An estimated time on site will be provided prior to the shoot.

The listed prices apply to Real Estate Agents only and are subject to change. Images may be used on websites, blogs, MLS, and in print (locally, in the Greater Sacramento region) for the sole purpose of selling the photographed property. Using photos for any other purpose requires additional licensing. This license is in effect for the life of the listing and/or until the listing agreement between the seller and agent(s) ends. The license for usage of images is granted only to the agent who commissioned the work and is not transferable to any third party including other agents, builders, contractors, architects, stagers, home owners, investors, or any other third party. Payment is due to reserve the appointment. Cancellations on the day of the photoshoot are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. An agent no-show (or cancellation after photographer has departed for the appointment) is subject to a $100 no-show fee, (plus additional mileage, if applicable). The agent is responsible for this fee even in the case of an arrangement where the agent would not be on-site, but the photographer could not access the property for any reason outside of the photographer’s control (ex. homeowner no-show, wrong address provided, locked out of the home, etc.)


Edits that could potentially miss represent a property must be discussed and reviewed to be in compliance with MLS results. This includes but is not limited to:

 – Removal of power lines, power poles, or antennas 

 – Changing any part of the house or landscaping

 – Changing the grass or tress
